Growing & Maintenance:

Leptinella grows best in well-drained soils. Loosen soil and incorporate an organic soil conditioner according to directions. Dig hole twice the width of container and a depth slightly less than the height of soil in container. Allow top surface of the container soil to rest slightly higher than the prepared soil. Feed lightly once a month, spring to fall. Drought tolerant once established; but looks best when kept moist. Easily divided by digging up the clump and breaking it into smaller pieces in spring or early fall.
